Let's start getting into the challenge.....something you've always wanted to try, something you haven't done in a long time or something you just want to do for 5 minutes to break your routine? Are you walking or doing 5 min. worth of exercise as well? Take 5 min. and look at the coffee site....you can start your healthy weight loss that way too !
