Use the things you have in your home !

Very interesting couple of days...
First... let's talk about what we are doing to begin to change or better our health. Make sure you start by stretching out your muscles.... If you remember we were doing that most of December to get us ready to MOVE in January.

Dedicate different days for different things to do with your body. That just keeps all your muscles working and gives them a chance to rest on off days... also keeps whatever you are doing interesting....

When you are strengthening your arms... if you don't have weights to do that with, use things you have in the house... like jugs of juice or milk... cans of veggies.... things you can lift up and down without spending a lot of money on equipment. (Especially if you are new at it or just starting out again... )

If all you can do is walk, then that's great too. Start out slowly and every few days add a little more to your walk.

So let's go with all this - this weekend and see how you wind up on Monday....
