Don't let ILL make you ILL      and WELCOME to our newest client Terri Rozyla

First off, I've been a little under the weather the past week. It's been crazy with this weather and all. I love the warm weather, though, I could take this all year long !  Meanwhile, when your body tells you to rest- you need to rest. Well, "OK", you say, but your still have work to do..... Rest your body and don't think about being down. I know it has helped me a lot. I'm able to do some things, then I have to stop and take that rest. I really think it's helping me to shake this !   So don't THINK ILL  for that alone could make it worse. Just rest, relax, and do the things that your body is telling you !


Now...we want to welcome Terri Rozyla to the 4 A STAR family !

Terri is building Rose Yoga. Well that sounds pretty nice but what is happening behind the scenes is even nicer !  A development of the ROSE Lifestyle, ROSE Essential and part of the whole picture of
ROSELLA WELLNESS. 

Terri's new studio will be offering Power Yoga, re-conditioning/therapeutic experiences .
Runners, Cyclists will be built into the active program with more to come....

Terri is having a soft opening on Dec. 11th and 13th and a hard grand opening is expected on Dec. 16th.

Samina's Dresses Get Around....

Hello all,


This is your opportunity to get involved in our blog page. It has been a wild ride since the 365 day blog challenge last year....


Now we are going to follow Samina Mughal Fashion Designer and create buzz for her beautiful gowns and dresses... we will be "photo" shooting her dresses all over the Tri-State Area .

First, a HUGE shout out to Lainy Gold of Lainy Gold Designs for helping to arrange our Photographer in Las Vegas !  Thank you to Jim Cook of Jim Cook Photography. Thank you Bob Zucker for the amazing Tesla that we got to use in the shoot. Shout out to  Miss D'Ann  and Miss Milan. (Amazing girls).  Wyndham Resort for the beautiful backgrounds . Lory Zucker, Art Korth and of course the talented Samina Mughal.




So here is the scoop. 4 A STAR will be representing the styles of the Samina Mughal Fashion Collection. Contact me for information on seeing or purchasing one of her awesome pieces. Now we are not her only representatives so make sure when you find her, you tell them Ava sent you !


Creating buzz is something I just love to do.... so what we have decided is that we are going to "photo" shoot her dresses wherever we can... for now, in the Tri-State Area. ( Well, Vegas just happened to be on our list too )  We just  had an awesome shoot in Las Vegas today !!!  .....and what happens here....doesn't necessarily stay here, it goes on Face Book and in the blog. Ha Ha


Next week sometime, we will be announcing the prize package we are working on for spotting our photo shoots through this blog.

A NEW DAY

A new day has begun...........................10/29/15

First, I want to thank all of you for your patience and support throughout the years. Especially these last few months as I recently got married and was away most of the Summer. We are turning a corner and have been travelling a lot so I have not had much time to connect, re connect, or blog about anything.... Vegas was Awesome, Santa Fe was amazing along with our new friends and associates Karen Bomm and family..... Texas always a blast and of course, Atlantic City Fashion Week with my friends Jeana and LaMont Bowling.... 

Today is the 7th Anniversary of 4 A STAR and a lot has happened over the years.  We are still climbing and today I have the honor and privilege of announcing our collaboration with International  Fashion Designer, SAMINA MUGHAL

We will be representing the Samina Mughal Collection . See some of her amazing clothing below....

Stay tuned for more to come from the fashion World.... We will be discussing the stages of our new line of purses to hit the internet and boutiques next year..... 

Right now , we celebrate 4 A STAR and Samina Mughal.... My congratulations also go out to Samina for being one of the designers in the 1st annual Dallas Fashion Week.... Samina appeared on Good Morning Texas and we have a clip for you below as well. 

Friday will be our blog day.....came on today for the Anniversary special and the announcement of our joint efforts with the Samina Mughal Collection....

Who inspires you ? I got a message from a friend of mine concerning a blog on Bruce Springsteen. Interesting.... of course, being a Springsteen fan, I was curious.... It is so cool ! I believe it's on a concert blogger page . Here is the first installment....

What inspires you???

What inspires you???

So let's talk for a moment about Inspiration.....where do your ideas come from? What inspires you to not just think about something but to take action. 

I'm making the executive decision to nix the challenge at this point. At least THAT challenge. I think the inspiration was there for the first one and then pulling that off again became a challenge and a lack of inspiration for the blog part. NOT for the doing..... I do something crazy different almost every day and I hope you do too. I think we can go back in the archives and be "re-inspired" if need be for some really cool things that took place along the initial challenge. 

Since then, I have also done some cool things....just getting the time to blog about it has become a challenge. So my inspirational thought to you is to continue to find those things that take you out of your daily routine and onto some cool adventure, game, idea or a re-visit of something fun. 

Now...we move forward with new inspiration and new roads to travel. 

My partner and I are starting a line of handbags and accessories that will hopefully be out next year this time.... ( shooting for a Spring Launch).  They will be based around empowerment with some very cool ideas..... So stay tuned for that.... In the meantime, let me leave you with one small clue....
